What are the insurance choice awards?
The Insurance Choice Awards, ran by Smart Money People, are now entering their seventh year. The prestigious awards work hard to put the customer at the heart of the insurance industry. The awards are voted on by customers only, not a panel of experts. The Insurance Choice Awards have the aim of finding the best products, hottest innovations, and the most trusted brands in the insurance industry.

Collingwood has been lucky to win awards for three consecutive years. In 2021 Collingwood secured the prestigious Treating Customers Fairly Award. Also in both 2020 and 2019 Collingwood won the Customer Service Champion Award.
